Okay, we are jumping ahead to my most recent Konad mani, I was going to post this next week, as I have 2 more to post in my Konad catch-up, but makes more sense to post this one after the base polish swatch, so here it is.....
Thought I would try to do a konad using my blog background as inspiration!
I used Barry M Chocolate as a base, I showed this polish in my previous post, a very pigmented polish, good in one coat, great in two!
I used plate M60 and the plaid design to match my blog, in konad pastel pink. Was a scary one as it was my first try as such a detailed full nail design. I was shocked it came out so nice and fairly straight!
I think my nails, although not really long, have reached the maximum length for konad full nail designs, the thumb nail was right at the top and bottom of the design, no room for even one more millimetre of growth! So I either keep my nails this length or try to patch the designs, no way I can do that so I will happily keep my nails this length now ;o)
This is one of those designs that looks so much better in real life, photos blow it up too much and make it look too clumsy, in reality it looks very delicate and intricate, love it! I was so desperate to get this plate but too scared to muck it up, glad I went for it now, will be using this one lots.
After I did my daughter's goth mani yesterday, I caught my tip with remover, so thought I would cover it by practising my M19 tips, you know how I hate this plate, it hates me back!
Getting better.......

That mani is so pretty!
Looks great! I love the pink and brown combo!
This is just what I imagined it to be and so much more. You did a GREAT job! It looks so cute. =) And I don't think M19 hates you. Your stamping is impeccable.
ah, but you didn't see the 3 tries to took to get them straight !! I had to do a few quick swipes with remover and do it again on a few nails, still, its improving. I didn't get any steep angles like I used to, practising really does help with Konad.
I love that you matched this to your blog background! It looks SO GREAT!! what a fun, creative idea!! I just love it :)
you are doing flawless manis! and you did great with m19!!!
I love it! I'm gonna have to match my nails to my blog background now ;P
I have plate M60 but I've not used this pattern yet, you've made me want to now! I also have M19, tried to use it once and failed miserably. :(
Oooh!! That is absolutely stunning!
Love it to bits!
Cant wait to get mine!
I love it. I hate using the M 19 plate as well.
thanks everyone, you are all very kind :o)
I had the idea when I set-up my blog, I mean how could you use plaid and have the M60 plate and not do it!?
The M19 is my personal challenge, I am determined to get it right, besides, I have all the tips plates so I need to get it mastered LOL
I can't do it right first time, I have to have a few goes on the odd nail, but it does get easier (ish)

Love the colour combination! It matches your blog perfectly:) I know what you mean by m19, I had big difficulties myself on my first use, but afterwards it gets better;) Although is not visible in the pics, that it hates you;) It's simply great!
KONADomania: Ahhh thank you! I love anything pink, so obviously this is a fav for me now :o)
This is my very favorite mani I've seen you do! Absolutely flawless! And BEAUTIFUL colors together!!!
Miss Vintage: thank you so much, it's one of my favourites too, that and the green one I posted today
This is way cute! I'm a huge fan of argyle. Don't feel bad, M19 hates me too. You did an awesome job!
