China Glaze Haul!

Hi Girls,

Sorry to have been a bit quiet the last day few days. Life is kind of catching up with me and I have taken a bit of time out. Last year was a very traumatic and tragic year and I have been kind of not facing up to things. But they bubble out eventually and you have to deal with them. Hope to be back on track shortly. Think I am hiding behind my polish buying impulse, well it helps to cheer you up for a bit, doesn't it. Okay, back to the blogging!

Anyway, I have another haul for you, this one is China Glaze. As ever, I am playing catch-up trying to hunt down the colours I have missed out on.

Pink Underground, Tree Hugger, Grape Juice

Bahamian Escape, Sky High Top, Bermuda Breakaway

I hope to swatch these over the coming weeks. Pink Underground will be coming up first, plus the inevitable konad with it ;o)

great haul. The Bermuda Breakaway finished much more navy on me than expected....darker, I guess. I was looking for a nice bright, dark blue (that make sense?)...oh, well, it's a beautiful color, anyway!

@yardsticks: I think it may do the same on me too, will be sure to post a swatch for you when I try it out :o) Mind you I'm not too fussed if it goes darker as I have a similar blue that is brighter, Barry M Cobalt Blue is a brighter one.....though I also have 2 other navy blues, so I am hoping it is not as dark as those.

@gildedangel: thanks Hun :o)

I just got Grape Juice. I used 3 coats and couldn't get it as dark as it looked in the bottle. I think a black base would maybe help.

yeah, these ones are a bit more sheer, none of the swatches I saw matched the bottle colour, still love it though :o) Will maybe try the black base, good idea
